Spotted two gadwall ducks

I spotted a male and female gadwall at the river for the first time this morning. The female flew up into an oak tree to roost while the male foraged in the river. The water level in the river has dropped a lot since the last time I was there. The gadwall ducks like foraging in gentle flowing water.
