River flood aftermath

The river got high again this winter to around flood level 9 miles downstream from my backyard. A dead tree that herons, falcons and kingfishers used was swept away by the high water. It was located along the lower river crossing on the Ojai Valley Land Conservancy property. The tree was a focal point to snap birds and will be missed by me and, I can imagine, the birds, too.
